Collective Impact Training and Consulting Founder, Dr. Robin E. Donaldson
Robin Donaldson has been sharing knowledge to create a collective impact since 2001 and has been in the youth service field for nearly 30 years. She has a Master's degree in Counseling and Social Psychology and a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Robin is a federally-approved Trauma-Informed Care trainer, an ACE Interface Master Tainer, and has a graduate applied neuroscience certification. She is passionate about sharing information to work with youth-serving and social services and organizations to improve the lives of youth and families.

Robin has nearly 20 years of leadership and organizational experience. Consulting services include reviews of grant applications, program and leadership development, strategic planning, job analyses, professional development planning, program evaluation, training plans, and organizational capacity building.
